Session objectives:
Deals, Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity Investments have played a major role in driving India’s rise as global manufacturing and trade power. The importance has been growing even more, ever since Indian enterprises are venturing into Hi Tech sectors and collaborating with Global giants. As the COVID 19 pandemic is scripting a new dimensions in the global competitive landscape.

Mr Sanjeev Krishan is Chairman-elect of PwC in India. He has served PwC for over 29 years, and been a Deals leader, while steering and leading Transactions, Private Equity, mergers & acquisitions in the range of sectors such as technology, consumer and industrial products, including cross border deals, while leading his firm to a pre-eminent position amongst its Private Equity clients and their investee companies. He is a certified Chartered Accountant, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Sanjeev graduated with First Class in Economics from the University of Delhi.

The session aims to add new dimensions to the leadership mantras, emerging in the post COVID 19 world marketplace.
